  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 1 Package of taco seasoning
  • 1 Can of corn (drained)
  • 1 Can of nacho cheese soup
  • 32 oz. Bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions for Victory’s Tater Tot Casserole

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it’s fully browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in the taco seasoning. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the corn and soup, stirring to combine. Continue to cook for another minute or two.
  6. Transfer the meat mixture to the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
  7. Spread the tater tots evenly over the mixture.
