For my family, chicken is a beloved protein. Its versatility allows for endless variations in flavor, cooking methods, and recipe adaptations.

I have a strong affinity for skillet meals due to their convenience and the one-pan cooking approach. Cast iron skillets transition effortlessly from stovetop to oven, making them one of my preferred cooking tools. Fewer dishes mean a happier mom!

The flavor combination in this recipe is simply wonderful. It melds together beautifully to create a tender, juicy, and flavorful main dish. This chicken pairs wonderfully with a variety of sides, and I can see myself returning to this recipe time and again.
