March Madness is fast approaching, and it’s a major event at my house! My husband and I dive deep into it and even have a large bracket challenge with our friends. Game days are a great opportunity to host get-togethers, allowing friends and family to enjoy tasty appetizers and meals that are easy to grab!

These Philly Cheese Steak Sliders have become an absolute favorite among everyone who tries them, bursting with flavors and delectable ingredients. The sautéed peppers and onions offer a delightful taste, and the melted cheese alongside the mayonnaise creates a creamy, delicious topping that completes the sandwich perfectly.

  • 15 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 to 7 slices of Provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 Tablespoon dehydrated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. In a medium skillet, heat half of the oil, then add the sliced onions. Cook over medium-high heat until the onions are golden brown. Remove the onions from the skillet.
  2. Add the remaining oil to the skillet and cook the green bell peppers over medium-high heat until they become tender.
  3. Chop the deli roast beef into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine all topping ingredients and mix well.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  7. Slice the rolls lengthwise.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  9. Spread the mayo mixture on both sides of the rolls.
  10. Gently separate the rolls.
  11. Layer the chopped roast beef on the bottom of the rolls.
  12. Add the sautéed onions and green bell peppers on top.
  13. Finish with slices of Provolone cheese.
  14. Replace the tops of the rolls.
  15. Stir the topping again and drizzle it over the top of the assembled rolls.
  16. Cover the sliders tightly with foil and bake for 13 minutes.
  17. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  18. Enjoy!
