Cheesesteak Taco Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag frozen waffle fries
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning
  • 2 C. Shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • ½ C. Chopped green onions
  • 1 Tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cook the waffle fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until they become crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, brown the ground beef and onion in a pan over medium-high heat until the meat is cooked through and onions are tender. Drain off any excess grease.
